Upgrade Order Form

Introduction: This form can be used by registered Structural Material Manager software customers to order upgrades online. In order to use the online form, you'll need to know your upgrade cost. That figure varies from company to company based on the version that is currently owned and how many upgrades have been released since that version was discontinued. E.J.E. Industries periodically informs you of the current upgrade cost through various means (e-mail, fax and U.S. Mail). However, if you are not sure of the current figure, you can always request a price quote by sending a message to us at Sales@ejeindustries.com.

If you have multiple software user-licenses ("security locks"), you do NOT have multiply the upgrade cost by the number of locks; it is an all-inclusive price.

All Structural Material Manager upgrades are supplied on CD, and most orders ship within one business day.

Purchase Order Information: Note that a Purchase Order # (or the name of the individual placing the order) is required on all orders. Since you will be billed on Net 30 terms, your firm must already be a registered Structural Material Manager software user in good credit standing with E.J.E. Industries, Inc. in order to purchase upgrades.

Ship via:	Priority Mail, $6.00 FedEx Express Saver, $15.00 (3-day service) FedEx Express 2nd Day Air, $20.00 FedEx Standard Overnight, $25.00 (next business afternoon) FedEx Priority Overnight, $29.00 (next business morning) Global Priority Air Mail, $10.00 (required on Canadian and Mexican orders, N/A for U.S. orders)

Most customers choose Priority Mail, as it is economical and usually provides 2-day service.

Shipping times stated above are from the day on which the package ships rather than the day on which the order was placed. For example, an upgrade ordered late Friday afternoon might not ship until Monday morning. Selecting FedEx 2nd Day Air in that cass would result in delivery on the following Wednesday.
