These policies set us apart from other companies that commonly charge 10% of the software's purchase price per year for support and upgrades, and then market upgrades as "free." Software Support Policy
E.J.E. Industries, Inc. has always offered free, lifetime technical support to the owners of Structural Material Manager. Free support is, of course, also provided to companies reviewing our free demo.

Maintenance Releases
E.J.E. Industries, Inc. feels very strongly
about our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. In keeping with this commitment, part
of our software support policy guarantees that you will receive software
maintenance releases free of charge whenever corrections are made. You also have access to inexpensive
upgrades when new features are added to the software.
Upgrades
E.J.E. Industries, Inc. releases, on average, one major upgrade per year. As corrections and/or improvements are made to the system, all original purchasers are notified by U.S. Mail that a program upgrade is available. Purchasers may elect to receive the upgrade by submitting payment in the amount specified in the upgrade notice.
Our support policy provides for free maintenance releases when program corrections are made. Such releases are simply considered free "patches" as opposed to feature-adding upgrades that are offered for sale.
Our upgrade policy thus protects your investment by assuring access to free or inexpensive upgrades as new program versions are released.
Upgrade prices
When improvements are made to the existing system, or options are added, upgrades are guaranteed to never exceed $149.95 per licensed user. This means that you can enjoy the added features and improvements we make to our software at a very inexpensive price.

Must I upgrade?
Purchasing Structural Material Manager upgrades is completely optional. If you choose not to upgrade, your rights to free software support are in no way jeopardized.

Who better to tell us what we need to do to improve our software than the people who use it? Our customers have guided Structural Material Manager development since its inception in 1985 and continue to do so today. Don't see a feature in our software that you would like to see? Let us know!
